Alfredo Paternoster

Alfredo Paternoster teaches philosophy of language and philosophy of mind at University of Bergamo. His research areas include the theories of concepts, philosophy of perception, cognitive semantics, epistemological foundations of cognitive sciences, theories of consciousness, self-consciousness and the Self. His last book is The Self and its Defences (together with Michele Di Francesco and Massimo Marraffa, Palgrave, London 2016)
