• Tema: In relazione alle attività svolte dalla Fondazione 1563 negli ambiti della archiviazione, conservazione e condivisione dei dati e agli obiettivi di valorizzazione del patrimonio archivistico della Compagnia di San Paolo e delle ricerche già promosse dall’ente (tra cui la “Indicizzazione degli atti registrati nell’Insinuazione di Torino relativi alla Compagnia di San Paolo”[1]), il progetto si propone di studiare gli atti notarili, i lasciti e le forme documentarie che testimoniano lo sviluppo delle tecniche di rafforzamento della transgenerazionalità relativamente ai beni materiali e immateriali che costituiscono il patrimonio spirituale, culturale e materiale di una comunità.

Utilizzando il ricco materiale archivistico messo a disposizione dalla Fondazione 1563 e dell’Archivio di Stato di Torino, i ricercatori avranno tre obiettivi:

1. Utilizzare le fonti d’archivio per rispondere alla domanda circa l’origine della transgenerazionalità e la sua strutturazione sotto il profilo normativo;

2. Definire le principali trasformazioni sotto il profilo giuridico, normativo e tecnologico degli strumenti che permettono l’esercizio sociale e giuridico della transgenerazionalità;

3. Individuare le modalità di esercizio di questi strumenti nell’ambito di una teoria della giustizia transgenerazionale.

Documenting transgenerationality: the role of the notarial office and archival tools

Research Topic: In relation to the activities carried out by the 1563 Foundation in the areas of archiving, preservation and sharing of data and to the objectives of enhancing the archival heritage of the Compagnia di San Paolo and the research already promoted by the institution (including the “Indexing of the deeds registered in the Insinuazione di Torino relating to the Compagnia di San Paolo”), the project focuses on the study of the notarial acts, bequests and documentary forms that bear witness to the development of techniques for strengthening transgenerationality in relation to the tangible and intangible assets that constitute the spiritual, cultural and material heritage of a community.

Using the rich archival material made available by the Fondazione 1563 and the Archivio di Stato di Torino researchers will have three objectives:

1. to use the archival sources to answer the question about the origin of transgenerationality and its structuring under the normative profile;

2. to define the main transformations under the legal, normative and technological profile of the instruments that allow the social and legal exercise of transgenerationality;

3. to identify the ways of exercising these instruments within the framework of a theory of transgenerational justice.
